It's never been easier to plan your dream RV trip. *** 50% of the rental fee is due at confirmed booking, the remaining 50% is charged 14 days prior to the rental begin date. A $500 Deposit is held on the date of your rental, is automatically released within 7 business day, or sooner. ****

Our units are delivery only units! We deliver up to 70 miles from our location, Muskegon, MI! We offer free delivery up to 30 miles from Muskegon, and a $2.50 per mile beyond that 30 mile radius. Good news for you, as you do not have to do a thing! Let us take care of the heavy hauling. We also provide the set up and tear down. All you need to do is show up, camp, and make memories!

Smoking is not permitted in ANY of our units. An additional cleaning charge will be applied if there is evidence of smoking.

We all love our furry friends! We will allow up to 2 dogs per unit at a rate of $75 per dog.

We do not allow our units to be at music festivals or tailgating parties.

Lets be honest here, these units can be BIG! The renter must verify with the campground that the site can accommodate the unit you select! If we cannot get the rig into the site, we will cancel the reservation without refund.

We request at least an hour to set up and tear down the units before starting and ending your trip. Meaning, we need an hour to get everything set up and ready to go for you, as well as when its time to go home, we will need an hour before the campgrounds checkout time to tear down and pull out of the campground.

We strongly recommend sites that offer full hookup (Water, Electric and Sewer). In order to take full functionality of our rigs, a 50amp electric service is required. These units can run on 30amp, but some things will not function.

Its never a fun task to empty a black tank on a RV. So, we do charge a $50.00 waste elimination fee if the site you chose does not have a sewage hookup.

Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. We want to make sure our units are in tip-top shape for you. We do charge a $100.00 cleaning fee for your stay. But the good news is, we do not charge any extra for the preperation of the unit.

All guests must complete a RV Rental Agreement before the rental period begins. If Agreement is not completed before rental start period, the rental may be cancelled.

Cancelation Policy

Renters are entitled to a full refund for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is cancelled during a grace period, a full refund will be granted.

This fee is added if dogs are joining the fun. Only 2 dogs maximum. Price is charged per dog.  (This will be charged after the rental period if not added during the booking process)

Charged if RV is not ready for pick up within the specified time the campground requires.
